Delivery & Shipping Policy

How your project is delivered

Depending on the agreed scope, delivery may include a deployed website or app, access to a staging environment, source files or a repository, and handover instructions. Deliverables are shared through the agreed online tools and confirmed by email.

Source-code access, ownership and final handover conditions are stated in your written quotation. Third-party software and assets remain subject to their own licences.

Delivery schedule

There is no single delivery period for every custom project. Your quotation specifies the start date or start conditions, milestone dates and expected final delivery date before payment. Work begins once the required approval, initial payment and agreed access or materials are received.

You provide the content, approvals and access identified in the scope. If a dependency or requested scope change affects delivery, we explain the impact and agree on an updated schedule in writing.

Review and acceptance

You receive the relevant deliverables for review against the agreed scope and acceptance criteria. Report any missing or faulty functionality using the project communication channel or info@zaivenai.com.

Launch, app-store submission, hosting setup and ongoing support are included only where your quotation says so. App-store or external-provider approval times may be outside Zaiven’s control.

Costs and delivery concerns

No shipping fee applies. Domain, hosting and external-service costs are included only if listed in the quotation; otherwise they are separately disclosed before you approve them.

For a delayed or inaccessible delivery, email info@zaivenai.com or call +20 105 591 3738 with your project reference. The Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the available settlement process where work cannot be delivered.
