Who handles your information

Information we receive

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the contact details and information you choose to send, such as your name, business, project requirements and message history. If you become a client, we also keep the agreed scope, communications, invoices and payment references needed to provide the service.

The website hosting provider may process technical request data, including IP address, browser information, requested URLs and request times, to deliver and protect the site. This website has no account registration, enquiry form or payment-card collection.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, prepare quotations and arrange requested services. Project information is used to perform the agreed work, communicate progress, resolve support questions and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell your personal information or use your enquiry to enrol you in marketing messages.

Providers and external links

The site is hosted on Google Firebase. Email is handled through Zoho. Contact links may open WhatsApp, and social links open their respective platforms. The studio also loads fonts from Google Fonts. These providers may process information on infrastructure outside Egypt under their own privacy terms.

We share information only with providers needed for the requested service, with your direction, or where disclosure is required by applicable law. Client-system data and access arrangements are agreed separately before project work requires them.

Browser storage and cookies

The site does not include advertising trackers or visitor analytics. Its language preference can be stored locally in your browser. Your browser also caches images and other assets to load the studio efficiently. You can clear this storage through your browser settings.

External services you choose to visit may use their own cookies and tracking under their own policies.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry information only while it is needed to respond and manage the requested relationship. Project and financial records are retained where necessary to deliver the service, resolve disputes or meet applicable record-keeping obligations, then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to or request a restriction of its use, by contacting info@zaivenai.com. We may need to confirm your identity, and explain any information that must be retained. You may also raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority. We use reasonable access controls to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
